working on applications and technology

 After installation of the Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.1 on my laptop ( Dell E6400) .  I found that the wireless is not working.  I search a bit and here 's how I got it work.
At first I check it in my windows XP , It shows 
Dell Wireless 1510 Wireless-N WLAN mini-Card
But Dell do not provide any linux driver for it, what a shame!
I have to figureout what exactly is this WLAN network coming from.
